The conversations we had prior to installing the floor were extremely helpful.  As first time home owners we knew nothing about the different types of flooring.
We didn’t know about the maintenance, upkeep and logistics of flooring.  We didn’t know what to bring forward to the strata regarding the changes we wished to make in the apartment.
You were able to explain all of that to us simply and honestly, and it really helped us look carefully at what decision worked for us.  The conversations about the floor and looking at your
samples was very, very helpful.  You level of customer service was extraordinary.
After the bamboo was installed it was exactly what we wanted.  I cannot be happier about the decision and feel it changes the whole feel of the apartment.  It has a
gorgeous texture, it brings a very light and clean feeling to the apartment well retaining a beautiful subtle pattern.  We have received nothing but compliments, and lots of interest from people looking to installing
it into there own homes.
