Grade: Mixed (Vertical Grain and Flatsawn)
Width: 3 1/4 inches
Finish: Penetrating Oil, finished with Liquid Wood wax
Notes: After a few months, Raincoast Floors Ltd. will stop by for a short wax floor tune up. All that is needed is for you to vaccum or sweep the floor, move your portable chairs to the side, and basically tidy up. This particular household took us less than half an hour to make it look brand new again. We have also attached a closeup photo for how the wax wears in a high traffic/high light area. This can be polished up in seconds. It may seem like a little bit of a hassle, but in 5 years, when your static finish floor looks like it needs a resand, your waxed floor is just starting its antiquing process!
