Shaunessy Edwardian Craftsman

These are the projects that every artisan loves to work on: a 100 year old, painstaking detailed craftsman homes. Over the years, some of these houses have undergone some incredibly poor renovations and it is our job to carefully peel back the layers and restore it to its original glory. In this case we executed numerous board replacements, built custom transitions, and sanded the floors bare. We then stained the floor “spice brown” then top coated it with a stained liquid woodwax. We greatly look forward to maintaining the the floors in this amazing house for many years to come.
